Han Hyo Joo and Shun Oguri Starring in Netflix Romantic-Comedy Series ROMANTICS ANONYMOUS

Based on the French film Les Émotifs Anonymes (Romantics Anonymous), this series tells the story of a chocolate maker who suffers from social anxiety disorder while working at a small chocolate shop. The upcoming series will be directed by Shô Tsukikawa, who previously directed Let Me Eat Your Pancreas and The 100th Love With You.

1. Role of Han Hyo Joo and Shun Oguri

Han Hyo Joo will play the role of Hana Lee, a genius chocolatier who hides her identity due to her anxiety disorder. Meanwhile, Oguri Shun will play the role of Sosuke Fujiwara, the new owner of a popular chocolate shop with a traumatic past.

Yuri Nakamura will play Irene, a renowned psychologist and writer who handles Sosuke and Hana. Despite having a successful career, Irene also struggles with personal issues.

Lastly, Jin Akanishi joins the cast as Hiro Takada, the owner of a bar secretly liked by Hana. He has been friends with Sosuke since their school days.

2. Han Hyo Joo Returns as a Rookie

Han Hyo Joo said that she is happy to work on this Korea-Japan collaboration project. In fact, the actress intentionally adopts a rookie mindset, experiencing nervousness but also enthusiasm throughout the project.
