In HEARTBEAT, Han So Hee plays a character named Hong Sarang. Meanwhile, Nam Joo Hyuk is entrusted to play Cha Shin Jo as her main partner.

The story begins with the appearance of a man who bears an identical face to a deceased first love. This situation serves as the gateway to a plot that explores their relationship, presenting a romantic fantasy atmosphere with sweet and touching elements.

2. Schedule, Production Team, and Their First Collaboration

Filming for HEARTBEAT is scheduled to take place at the end of 2026. For Han So Hee and Nam Joo Hyuk, this is their first acting project together as the main couple, fulfilling the expectations of fans who have been waiting for this collaboration.

Previously, both garnered attention after appearing together at a luxury fashion event last year. That moment made their chemistry capture the public's interest early on.

HEARTBEAT also marks the return of both actors to the romance genre. Han So Hee last starred in a romantic drama through SOUNDTRACK #1 in 2022, while Nam Joo Hyuk last appeared in the romantic drama TWENTY-FIVE TWENTY-ONE in the same year.

On the production side, HEARTBEAT is being produced by Bon Factory, the production house behind the success of LOVELY RUNNER. The script is written by Lee Si Eun, a writer who also contributed to the success of that drama.
