Actor Hyun Bin recently appeared on the YouTube channel Zzanbro with his co-stars from the film HARBIN. During the show, he chatted with Shin Dong Yeop about various aspects of his life, including his first meeting with his wife, actress Son Yejin.

Hyun Bin revealed that they first met while shooting the film NEGOTIATION. Although they worked in the same building, they rarely found themselves on the same filming location. Hyun Bin felt it would be nice if they could act together, which eventually happened in the phenomenal drama CRASH LANDING ON YOU.
Hyun Bin also shared his impressions of Son Ye Jin after interacting more. He realized that they have a lot in common, such as years of work experience in the entertainment industry.
According to him, it is this commonality that strengthened their relationship, allowing it to continue even after the drama ended. "We communicated a lot with each other, and I think that’s why our relationship continued," he revealed.
Hyun Bin also added that since getting married and having a child, he has learned to take a step back and prioritize his family.
"When we were dating, we were on the same level. However, after getting married, I took a step back, and so did I after becoming a father," he explained. According to him, this situation led him to protect his wife and child more.
As the event progressed, Hyunbin appeared more relaxed and showed his emotional side. As the atmosphere became more intimate, he expressed his love for his small family.
After moving to a more private location to continue drinking together, he referred to his wife as the "queen" and his son as the "crown prince."
Hyun Bin married Son Ye Jin in March 2022 in a beautiful ceremony attended by many celebrities. Their happiness was further complete with the arrival of their first son in November of the same year.
