If the first season was dominated by character introductions, the second season presents a more complete story. Joo Ji Hoon, who plays the crown prince named Lee Chang, will try to return to the palace to meet King Cho Hak Ju (Ryu Seung Ryong), accompanied by Seo Bi (Bae Doona).
