Jimin BTS Makes Dalgona Coffee Live, Did It Succeed?

Interestingly, he appeared live on the VLIVE platform by doing a solo challenge during #StayAtHome amid the Corona pandemic. And the chosen topic is no joke, it's making the currently popular Dalgona Coffee.

In the short VLIVE, Jimin was seen accompanied by RM BTS. As usual, they both introduced themselves as the duo MiniMoni

"Hello, this is Mini and Moni," said Jimin and RM BTS.

For those who don't know, Mini refers to RM's sweet nickname for Jimin, which is Jiminie. While Moni is a cute version of RM's old stage name among the BTS members, which is Rapmonie.

In addition, Rapmonie is also RM's personal dog's name.

2. BTS Curious Why Dalgona Coffee Became So Popular

RM BTS asked Jimin why Dalgona Coffee has become so popular lately. Many of their friends have been making it.

"Are many people selling Dalgona Coffee outside?" Jimin asked.

Interestingly, RM, who didn't quite understand, innocently replied. 

"Is it because it's not selling well, so people are making it themselves?" he expressed.

3. Jimin and RM BTS Stir Until Frustrated

After preparing the ingredients and equipment, Jimin and RM BTS stirred it continuously until they got annoyed. They even wondered why people are willing to make this at home.

"Why are people making Dalgona Coffee at home? Who started it?" Jimin asked.

"Exactly, who came up with this idea?" added RM BTS.

4. What are the results?

After stirring for a long time, the Dalgona they made finally thickened. RM and Jimin then poured it over the whipped cream. So, how does it taste?

"I think it's similar to milk coffee but with a richer taste," said RM BTS.

Meanwhile, Jimin BTS is confused about how to drink the whipped cream underneath the Dalgona.

"I can't drink the whipped cream, do I need to mix the Dalgona first?" Jimin asked.

"I don't know, after making Aglio e Olio yesterday and now making Dalgona Coffee, I think it's better to just order it instead of going through the trouble of making it," RM concluded.
