The news about Hyun Bin being offered the lead role in this film has been circulating since last year. On February 21, 2020, Hyun Bin's agency officially confirmed that the actor will star in a film titled BARGAINING.

BARGAINING tells the story of a diplomat and a national intelligence agency agent who struggle in a foreign country. They risk their lives to save Korean hostages who have been kidnapped in the Middle East.

In addition to Hyun Bin, this film will also star veteran actor Hwang Jung Min. This latest project of Hyun Bin is directed by Im Soon Rye, the director of the film LITTLE FOREST.

2. Work Without Breaks

As reported by Soompi, VAST Entertainment stated, "BARGAINING will be filmed overseas in the near future. Through this new film, Hyun Bin will showcase a stunning new acting version that is very different from previous projects."

According to VAST Entertainment, Hyun Bin is currently preparing for his new role. The agency added that Hyun Bin's preparation for this role is being done without any break from his previous project.
