Wooga squad itself was created by Park Seo Joon. The name itself comes from the phrase they often say, 'Ooga Ooga'. This friendship consists of 5 people, namely V BTS, Park Seo Joon, Park Hyung Sik, Choi Woo Shik, and PeakBoy (Kwon Sunghwan). Here is the story of how they became friends.

1. Starting from a Drama Colleague

Initially, this friendship began when V BTS met Park Seo Joon and Park Hyung Sik from the drama HWARANG. The three of them, who always met on set, became closer day by day.

Eventually, Park Seo Joon introduced rapper Peakboy and Choi Woo Shik to expand their friendship. From there, Wooga Squad was formed and they have been friends ever since.

2. Frequently Vacation Together

It feels incomplete if friends don't go on vacation together. According to Koreaboo, Park Seo Joon, Choi Woo Shik, and Peakboy have also gone on vacation with V. They spent the whole day doing activities together such as swimming, singing in the car, sports, and more.

Unfortunately, Park Hyung Sik is currently serving in the military. So, to cheer him up, V edited his photo to make it look like he was also on the vacation. How creative!

3. Mutual Support

When Cho Woo Shik won an award for the movie PARASITE, the Wooga Squad congratulated each other through Instagram posts. Park Hyung Sik also uploaded a photo of food truck gifts from V and Park Seo Joon.

In addition, the Wooga Squad also sent a food truck to V when BTS held the 'Magic Shop' event. Even Jungkook also felt jealous seeing the unity of this squad.
