Dispatch released photos of Kim Sae Ron playing Texas Hold'em Poker with her friends at a pub. Dispatch sources reported these photos in February 2023. Kim Sae Ron is said to have played with her male friends while wearing casual clothes and is said to be good at playing.

Dispatch then contacted the pub where Kim Sae Ron was playing. The representative said that their place was not an illegal gambling spot. Players can get chips through an app that can be used for playing. These chips are then used to buy food and drinks. They do not exchange the chips for money.
