As a sneak peek, HYO's latest song carries the jungle pop genre, based on a bouncy beat and cheerful Mumbai rhythm. The sounds within it remind listeners of a forest atmosphere.
As for the lyrics, Dessert wants to convey a message that it desires a sweet love story, not a complicated one.
Hyoyeon from SNSD also participated in the making of the song Dessert. Starting from composing the song to adding her own musical touch, HYO made this single even more special.
Rapper Loopy and (G)I-DLE member Soyeon also participated by performing and writing rap lyrics for this song. The collaboration of the three is expected to increase fan enthusiasm.
