Lee Jin Ho Claims Baekhyun Lost 63 Billion Won, Mentions Eterno Villa

Kapanlagi.com - Baekhyun is once again caught in a swirl of issues involving MC Mong and CEO Cha Ga Won. YouTuber Lee Jin Ho, through a video uploaded on Saturday (22/8/2026), claims Byun Baekhyun is the party bearing the largest financial loss in this controversy.

Lee Jin Ho mentions that many parties are affected, but according to him, the biggest loss falls on Baekhyun. It should be emphasized that the truth of all of Lee Jin Ho's claims has not been verified as this article is published.

In the video, Lee Jin Ho discusses the connection between MC Mong and Cha Ga Won, and presents several figures that he claims are related to contracts, property assets, and residential rental funds involving Baekhyun.

1. Lee Jin Ho's Claim and WonHundred Label Contract

According to Lee Jin Ho, Baekhyun had signed an exclusive contract with WonHundred Label and suffered significant financial losses from the process. He also mentioned issues of alleged tampering, as Baekhyun's exclusive contract with SM Entertainment was said to still be in effect when MC Mong allegedly contacted him.

Lee Jin Ho claims Baekhyun was promised a contract amount of 35 billion won (around Rp 446.7 billion). He stated that this promise was not in cash, but rather one unit of a luxury villa named Eterno.

He added that the market value of the Eterno penthouse unit in 2026 is estimated to be around 32.57 billion won (around Rp 415.7 billion), and Cha Ga Won was said to have promised a unit from the third phase of the Eterno project to Baekhyun.

2. Details of Baekhyun's Losses

Still in his claims, Lee Jin Ho stated that the second phase of the Eterno project is currently under construction, while the promised third phase to Baekhyun has not even begun to be built at all. He finds this situation strange, as he believes Cha Ga Won has never been in a position to promise units from that third phase from the beginning.

Aside from the villa issues, Lee Jin Ho also claimed that Baekhyun paid a rental deposit (jeonse) of 16 billion won (around Rp 204 billion) when moving to the Lanuvo Hannam apartment. He compared it to the case of actor Lee Seung-gi, who earlier this month was reported to have not yet received back his jeonse money of 10.5 billion won (around Rp 134 billion), thus according to his estimates, it is likely that Baekhyun will also not receive his funds back more than 99 percent.

Adding to the claim of unresolved funds amounting to 12 billion won (around Rp 153 billion), Lee Jin Ho roughly calculated that Baekhyun's total potential losses could reach 63 billion won (around Rp 804 billion). He predicted that, with Cha Ga Won's current detention status, it is highly likely that an official legal action regarding those funds will arise.

3. Development of the Cha Ga Won Case

Regardless of the claims against Baekhyun, which are still merely allegations, the legal process against Cha Ga Won has already commenced. In early August 2026, he was officially detained on suspicion of fraud amounting to 30 billion won (approximately Rp 382.9 billion) related to the intellectual property (IP) business of artists under the WonHundred Label.

The detention was carried out by the Seoul Central District Court, considering the concern of evidence tampering. This detention status has become one of the factors that, according to Lee Jin Ho, could lead to further legal action regarding the disputed funds.

As a background, Chen, Baekhyun, and Xiumin, known as Chenbaekxi, had previously submitted a request to terminate their exclusive contract with SM Entertainment on June 1, 2023. The reason was the lack of transparency in financial reports and long-term contracts deemed unfair. Both parties then reached a peaceful settlement on June 18 of the same year.

However, disputes resurfaced after allegations of tampering emerged involving Big Planet Made, the parent company of their new agency, INB100. Until now, both parties are still undergoing litigation related to this issue.
