Likes Watching Korean Films, Bryan Domani Admits Being a Fan of Han So Hee

Kapanlagi.com - Actor Bryan Domani has just been selected as the Festival Ambassador for the Korea Indonesia Film Festival (KIFF) 2023. During the press conference, Bryan Domani was asked about his favorite Korean film. He answered 'MIRACLE IN CELL NO. 7'. Bryan Domani admits that he still cries every time he watches the film. As it is known, Bryan Domani also starred in the Indonesian version of 'MIRACLE IN CELL NO. 7'.

"Maybe it's a bit biased, but honestly, I still cry like crazy every time I watch the Korean version of 'MIRACLE IN CELL NO. 7'. It's one of the films that I can say I really fell in love with Korean films," said Bryan Domani when met at CGV Grand Indonesia, Central Jakarta, some time ago.

1. Reasons for liking the movie 'MIRACLE IN CELL NO. 7'

Bryan Domani also revealed his reasons for liking the movie 'MIRACLE IN CELL NO. 7' because not only is the story interesting, but the acting of all the actors is also very good.

"Firstly, because the story is very touching and the relationship between a father and a daughter is often depicted, but not like the characters shown in 'MIRACLE IN CELL NO. 7', where there is mental disability. But indeed, the chemistry among all the actors is wrapped in comedy but the story is very sad," said Bryan Domani.

"It makes it refreshing because even though life is sometimes difficult, we have to go through it even though the ending is still sad. And the actors are all crazy, I have watched Korean, Turkish, and Filipino movies. Plus, when I acted in it, I understood it more because I met the director and heard their stories about the impact of the film on Korea," he continued.

2. First Korean Film Watched

However, 'MIRACLE IN CELL NO. 7' is not the first Korean film he watched. Bryan Domani said the first Korean film he watched when he was a child was during the time when actor and singer Rain was very popular. However, he forgot the title of the film.

"What was the first (Korean) film I watched when I was a child, honestly I forgot, during Rain's time. But I forgot the title," he said.

3. Admiring Han So Hee

Meanwhile, his current favorite actress, Mawar Eva de Jongh's girlfriend, admitted to admiring actress Han So Hee after watching the series 'MY NAME'. According to him, Han So Hee's acting in the series was very cool.

"There's one, in my opinion, who played what, there's one series where she eventually meets a female hitman, who was in Jungkook's music video. Yeah (Han So Hee) at first she looks pretty good and secondly her acting is really good," concluded Bryan Domani.
