Through a screenshot of the sports app he shared, Minho recorded a running distance of 1.61 kilometers in the GBK area. He completed the session in 10 minutes and 54 seconds with an average pace of 6 minutes and 45 seconds per kilometer.

Additionally, his average heart rate was at 121 bpm and the total calories burned reached 114 calories. Minho even captioned it as "easy run" to describe the casual running session.

Interestingly, the idol also wrote a sentence in Korean that roughly means, "Next time I must run properly." This expression shows that he considers this jogging session just a light warm-up amidst his busy schedule in Jakarta.
