Kapanlagi.com - Cha Hak Yeon, or commonly known as N VIXX, has officially left the agency that has been supporting him for 8 years. Jellyfish Entertainment announced the end of N VIXX's contract through a press release on November 3.
"We inform that N's exclusive contract with EN has ended on October 31. Both parties, after long and deep discussions, have decided not to renew the contract. As a member of VIXX who has been together for 8 years as a group, he wants to continue working with the group for promotions," Jellyfish said as reported by Naver.
Former leader of the VIXX group will pursue a career as an actor. Sports DongA reported that N VIXX has joined the agency Fifty OneK (51k). This agency also represents actors So Ji Seob and Ok Taecyeon. N's acting career began with the drama HOTEL KING in 2014.
In May 2019, Jellyfish announced that Leo, Ken, Hongbin, and Hyuk have renewed their contracts. Meanwhile, Ravi left to establish his own agency, GROOVL1N. In August 2020, Hongbin left VIXX and Jellyfish Entertainment due to controversies.
