Kapanlagi.com - It is not surprising that a K-Pop idol has more than one talent that they master. It has become a demand in the South Korean entertainment industry for them to be able to master singing, dancing with choreography, and other talents at the same time. These abilities certainly become one of the attractions for fans to continue supporting them.
When talking about K-Pop idols, it is very common for them to have singing and dancing abilities. But what if the K-Pop idol also has the skill to become a radio DJ? Surely this is something quite different from other K-Pop idols.
Becoming a radio DJ means that besides being skillful in singing and other talents, K-Pop idols are also required to be proficient in public speaking and communicating with their listeners. They are also expected to have extensive knowledge to convey various information to their listeners. Some K-Pop idols who also become radio DJs alongside their busy schedule as performers on stage include:

As reported by Soompi news portal, Heechul Super Junior hosts a show every Friday afternoon for 50 minutes through the official website of the Sung Dong district office. The show reads letters sent by Sung Dong residents and discusses local news in general.

Earlier we had Heechul Super Junior who is more senior, now let's move on to one of the handsome men who is a member of a popular boy group in South Korea, Jaehyun NCT. Turns out Jaehyun NCT is not alone when he becomes a radio DJ, he partners with his fellow group member, Johnny NCT.
Jaehyun and Johnny NCT started hosting the radio show 'NCT's Night Night' since March 20, 2017. However, they decided to stop being radio DJs in early 2019 due to their busy concert tour schedules which made it impossible for them to continue being radio DJs.

Next K-Pop idol are two South Korean idols who were selected a month ago to become radio DJs at the same time and institution, namely Shinwon PENTAGON and Kim Jae Hwan. Both of them became radio DJs at EBS Radio with different programs.
Shinwon PENTAGON became a radio DJ on the Nighttime Radio program which airs every night from ten o'clock in the evening until twelve o'clock in the morning local time. Unlike Shinwon PENTAGON, Kim Jae Hwan broadcasts the Listen program which will air from seven o'clock to nine o'clock in the evening local time.

Tablo Epik High is one of the K-Pop idols who is quite active in the radio world alongside his career as a famous musician in South Korea. Tablo Epik High has been 'in and out' of the radio world due to several reasons that made him have to take a break and stop being a radio DJ.
Tablo Epik High took a hiatus as a radio DJ from 2009 to 2014. He finally decided to return as a radio DJ in April 2014 on the same program when he was a DJ four years ago, Tablo Dreaming Radio. However, this only lasted for one and a half years. Tablo Epik High decided to resign from being a radio DJ due to his busy concert tours.

Next K-Pop idol who is also known to be a radio DJ is Sunny Girls Generation. She was once a radio DJ on MBC FM4U radio station with the FM Date program in 2014. This was not the first time Sunny Girls Generation became a radio DJ. Previously, she was a radio DJ on Chunji Radio along with Sungmin Super Junior.
However, this only lasted until 2015. This is because she had to leave the radio world for reasons similar to other K-Pop idols , which is her busy schedule with Girls Generation. Sunny Girls Generation had her last broadcast on November 15, 2015.
Those were some K-Pop idols who also became radio DJs alongside their careers as musicians. Some of them had to stop their DJ activities due to conflicting schedules. So, is your idol on the list, KLovers?
