Jo Yu Ri shares about her casting journey and her experiences during the shooting process. In her interview, she revealed that the casting for this series was very competitive and nerve-wracking.
Jo Yu Ri mentioned that she had to go through several strict audition stages before finally being selected for the role.
She also stated that director Hwang Dong-hyuk is very meticulous in choosing the cast, ensuring that each character can bring the depth and nuance required in the story.
"We auditioned multiple times to find the right person for this character," said Hwang as reported by Kompascom.
"She is new, a new actor, and showed up for the audition at the last minute. And I am very happy to have found the right person for the role because she is exactly what I have been looking for all this time," he explained further.
