On Friday, July 19, 2024, the 3rd Blue Dragon Series Awards was held at Paradise City, Incheon, South Korea. This prestigious award ceremony announced the winners for each nomination category, including the award for Best New Artist.

Go Youn Jung and Lee Jung Ha successfully received the Daesang or Grand Prize for this year's Blue Dragon Awards thanks to their impressive acting performances. Both received the highest recognition for their talent and dedication in the world of acting.

In addition to the two main winners, there are several other new actors who are predicted to have brilliant careers in the future. These names show great potential and are expected to continue shining in the entertainment industry, especially in South Korea.

Shin Hyun Seung - This actor made his acting debut in the film BE MY BOYFRIEND which was released in 2021. He starred in several dramas such as SO NOT WORTH IT, WORK LATER, ADAMAS, SHOOTING STARS, BEHIND EVERY STAR, HAN RIVER, and SECRET PLAYLIST.

Hwang Minhyun - This South Korean singer and actor is a former member of the boy group NU'EST and Wanna One. He entered the acting world in 2020 with the Korean drama LIVE ON.

Lee Do Hyun - This young newcomer actor has received the 2024 Baeksang Award for Best Actor in a television drama. He has starred in several dramas, including THE GOOD BAD MOTHER, THE GLORY, YOUTH OF MAY, 18 AGAIN, and SWEET HOME.

Kim Jae Won - The actor of the drama HIERARCHY which will be released on June 7, 2024, is widely known after making his acting debut in the English-language Filipino series, LOVE FROM HOME in 2021. After that, he played many roles in Korean web dramas.

Lee Chae Min - He made his acting debut in 2021 in the drama HIGH CLASS. His name began to be recognized after starring in LOVE ALL PLAY, EVERYDAY WE ARE, and ALCHEMY OF SOULS: LIGHT AND SHADOW which aired in 2022.

Choo Young Woo - He made his debut in 2021 in the series YOU MAKE ME DANCE. He was nominated for Best New Actor at the 2021 KBS Drama Awards for the Best New Actor award.

Moon Sang Min - Successfully won Best New Actor TV Series at the Baeksang Arts Awards 2023. He made his acting debut in 2019 through a drama titled REASON WHY I HATE CHRISTMAS. His name became more recognized when he joined the drama titled MY NAME.
