'CONFIDENTIAL ASSIGNMENT 2: INTERNATIONAL' is a sequel to the first film 'Confidential Assignment' which was released in 2017. This South Korean film is directed by Lee Seok Hoon and was released on September 7, 2022 in theaters.

This action genre film stars Hyun Bin, Yoona SNSD, Daniel Henney, Yoo Hae Jin, Jin Seonkyu, and many more.

This film tells the story of a detective from North Korea named Im Chul Ryung (Hyun Bin) who plans to carry out a secret mission in South Korea. Chul Ryung is not alone in carrying out his mission, he works together again with Detective Kang Jin Tae (Yu Hae Jin).

The target of Chul Ryung is Jang Myung Joon (Jin Sun Kyu), who is the leader of a North Korean criminal organization. The intense conflict leads F.B.I. Agent Jack (Daniel Henney) to join forces with Im Chul Ryung and Kang Jin Tae in capturing the criminal. Park Min Young (Yoona SNSD) supports by joining the team.
