Kapanlagi.com - WEi is a South Korean boy group under OUI Entertainment. Finally debuted on October 5, 2020, WEi has released a single titled TWILIGHT. The members of this boy group consist of Jang Daehyeon, Kim Donghan, Yoo Yongha, Kim Yohan, Kang Seokhwa, and Kim Junseo. These 6 members are no strangers to the public eye, as they are graduates from various survival shows such as PRODUCE 101, PRODUCE X 101, and UNDER NINETEEN. Some of them have also debuted in project groups like RAINZ, JBJ, X1, and 1THE9.

Before their debut, they were introduced in the variety show OUI GO UP which aired on the WEi YouTube channel.

1. Jang Daehyeon

The first profile comes from Jang Daehyeon. The oldest member and leader of this group was born on February 11, 1997. In addition to being the leader, Daehyeon is also trusted as the main rapper and vocalist in the group. He was a former participant of the survival show PRODUCE 101 SEASON 2 and ranked 83rd. After the show ended, Daehyeon joined a boy group called RAINZ, which is a fan-created project group for the participants of PRODUCE 101. The group, consisting of 7 members, was only contracted for 1 year from October 2017 to October 2018.

This talented cook idol studied civil engineering. His hobbies include making rap, taking selcas (selfies), socializing, and eating. As a blood type A, he made his debut as a soloist on August 24, 2019 with the song titled Feel Good.

2. Kim Donghan

Like Daehyeon, he was also a participant in PRODUCE 101 SEASON 2 and ranked 29th. Although he did not make it to the top 11, Donghan successfully debuted in a fan project boy group called JBJ which consists of 6 members from the survival show participants.

On June 19, 2018, Donghan made his solo debut by releasing a single titled Sunset. This handsome idol has skills in aikido (Japanese martial art), hapkido (Korean martial art), and dance cover. Previously, Donghan was a member of two dance groups called The Face and DOB. This man, who claims to be a big fan of BTS, often watches variety shows. He is a friend of Jibeom Golden Child.

3. Yoo Yongha

Yoo Yongha was born on January 11, 1999, and has blood type A. He was announced as a member of WEi on August 11, 2020. His position in the group is lead rapper and sub vocalist. Previously, Yongha participated in the survival show UNDER NINETEEN and ranked 6th. He also successfully debuted as a member of 1THE9, which disbanded on August 8, 2020.

In addition to UNDER NINETEEN, Yongha also auditioned for the survival show THE UNIT, but did not pass. This idol, who is nicknamed 'Yoon-Ddaengi', is skilled in doing sing cover of K-Pop songs. This blood type B individual ranked first in the survival show PRODUCE X 101. He successfully debuted as a member of the boy group X1 on August 27, 2019, but had to disband on January 6, 2020. Prior to participating in the show, he only trained as a trainee for 3 months.

Yohan comes from a family of taekwondo athletes, his father and grandfather are taekwondo coaches, while his mother is a former taekwondo athlete. Yohan himself has been studying martial arts for 13 years and has often received medals in the championships he participated in. He even received a scholarship for the sport and qualified to join the national team. However, he had to let go of all that to pursue his dream as an idol. This cheerful and silly young man started his career as a soloist on August 25, 2020, with a single titled No More.

5. Kang Seokhwa

Prior to his participation in the survival show, Seokhwa was a trainee under YG Entertainment and appeared as a contestant on YG TREASURE BOX, but failed to debut. Besides YG, he was also a former trainee of JYP Entertainment. This man with the surname Kang joined OUI Entertainment agency after the PRODUCE show ended. He was introduced as a member of WEi on July 10, 2020.

6. Kim Junseo

The latest profile of WEi is Kim Junseo. The youngest member of this group was born on November 20, 2001 in Ulsan, South Korea. His position in the group is as the lead dancer and vocalist. Along with Yongha, Junseo was introduced as a member of WEi on August 11, 2020. He is a former contestant of the survival show UNDER NINETEEN who ranked 9th and successfully debuted as a member of 1THE9.

Due to his charming visuals, Junseo has been given nicknames such as 'Park Bogum Ulsan', 'Prince Junseo', 'Visual Prince', and 'Face Genius'. He really likes the song I.O.I - Downpour and can play it on the piano. His hobbies include watching TV and taking selcas.
