Because of Siwon, many people became curious about what kind of dates his idol was talking about, which supposedly are good for health. These dates, or jujube as Siwon calls them, are a type of red dates.

Red dates or jujube have many benefits because they contain Vitamin C and antioxidants. Some of the benefits include calming anxiety, promoting better sleep, healing digestive problems, strengthening the immune system, improving skin health, enhancing blood circulation, and helping to strengthen bones.

3. Price of Dates Offered by Siwon
