Joy Red Velvet has finally released her first solo special album titled HELLO. Being an album highly anticipated by fans, HELLO consists of 6 tracks that are remake versions of old songs from the '90s to the 2000s. Not only as the MC, Wendy also asked various questions to Joy, including her reason for choosing a remake of an old song as a tracklist for the album HELLO.
Not only liking old-fashioned music, Joy also feels that her voice is really suitable when singing old songs.
She also conveyed, "I sang a lot of songs as a trainee and listened to some of the songs that made it into this album and I fell in love with all of them."
"I also like to get to know old things, the original and fun atmosphere back then, so I try my best to incorporate those emotions into the songs," she said.
Through the album HELLO, Joy hopes that her songs can be heard by children and their parents together and can represent all generations.
