Remember Jang Moonbok from 'Produce 101'? Turns Out He's Now a Construction Worker!

Jang Moonbok recently had an interview or some kind of Youtube podcast. He was asked how he was doing after a long hiatus from the entertainment world.

Jang Moonbok then told a story that he now works odd jobs and not just in one place. He can work anywhere if needed. One of the jobs is in construction. (Note: this photo is from the Youtube interview with Jang Moonbok).

Jang Moonbok also mentioned that sometimes he is called to fix houses or shops.

Jang Moonbok said that the most difficult job for him is at the distribution center. There, he has to lift heavy items that require a lot of energy. When he comes home from there, he is extremely tired to the point where it's difficult to even walk to his room.

Jang Moonbok chose to work like this because he needed money and didn't have any skill certificates. Besides, he likes it because he gets paid daily, so he doesn't have to worry about delayed salaries.

Jang Moonbok now also gives lectures to students who want to pursue a career in the entertainment industry. Knowing how tough the entertainment industry is, Jang Moonbok gives advice and spreads happiness to many people.

FYI, before joining PD 101, Jang Moonbok participated in Superstar K2 in 2010 and gained attention for his unique rap style. After failing in PD101, Jang Moonbok briefly debuted in the boy group LIMITLESS in 2019. But a year later, he left because his ex-girlfriend accused him of cheating with many women.

Jang Moonbok admits that when he tells people about his current job, some look down on him. But he doesn't feel ashamed because many people also work like him to support their lives.
