This is not the first time Sehun has acted. Previously, he played the lead role in the web movie, DOKGO REWIND. But if he really appears in PIRATES 2, this will be his debut in a feature film.

Sehun's agency, SM Entertainment, has also issued a statement regarding this news about one of their artists. Here is the representative's statement from SM:

"It is true that Sehun has received an offer to appear in THE PIRATES: GOBLIN FLAG (translated title). He is considering the offer positively, but nothing has been decided yet."

3. Other Stars Offered

Besides Sehun, several top Korean stars also received offers to appear in this film. They are Kang Ha Neul, Han Hyo Joo, Kwon Sang Woo, Lee Kwang Soo, and Chae Soo Bin. The filming itself is said to start at the end of July.
