SEVENTEEN Military Service Schedule: Mingyu Starts September 10, Seungkwan & Dino October 26

Pledis Entertainment released the mandatory military service schedule for three SEVENTEEN members through Weverse on August 10, 2026. This announcement includes the departure of Mingyu, Seungkwan, and Dino, which will take place gradually throughout this year.

According to the schedule, Mingyu will begin his alternative service on September 10, 2026. Meanwhile, Seungkwan and Dino are scheduled to depart on October 26, 2026, as soldiers in the Army military band.

Prior to their departure, the agency emphasized that there will be no official events held on the day of each member's departure. Pledis also requested fans not to come to the location for the safety and comfort of all parties, while ensuring that the prepared content will continue to be released regularly.

1. Departure Dates for Mingyu, Seungkwan, and Dino

The announcement on Weverse on August 10, 2026, explained that the military service schedules for the three members will take place consecutively. Pledis confirmed this information as an official reference for fans.

Mingyu is scheduled to begin his alternative service on September 10, 2026. This placement makes him the first to depart among the three members mentioned in the latest announcement.

Seungkwan and Dino will follow on October 26, 2026. Both will serve as soldiers in the Army military band, according to Pledis in the same announcement.

2. Departure Day Policy and Activities Leading Up to Military Service

Pledis Entertainment stated that Mingyu, Seungkwan, and Dino will continue to follow the official schedule that was planned before their departure. The agenda that has been prepared will remain in place until close to each member's military service date.

On the day of departure, there will be no official events held. The agency requests CARAT not to come to the departure location, for the safety and comfort of all parties involved.

During the service period, fans will still be able to follow the latest news from the members. Pledis ensures that various prepared content will be released periodically so that the members can still greet CARAT.

3. Update Status of SEVENTEEN Members on Military Service

With the addition of Mingyu, Seungkwan, and Dino to the list of military service members, the majority of SEVENTEEN members are currently or will soon be fulfilling their national duties in a close timeframe.

Vernon is scheduled to start his alternative service on August 20, 2026. This schedule places him among the members who will depart earlier in the second half of 2026.

DK will begin active military service on September 8, 2026. This information complements the schedule of departures that is close to Mingyu's.

Meanwhile, Wonwoo, Hoshi, and Woozi are currently undergoing military service. The three have been in service prior to the latest announcement from Pledis.

S.Coups has been discharged from military service due to an ACL injury he sustained. Jeonghan has just completed his mandatory military service and has returned.

4. Estimated Comeback with Complete Formation

Based on the military service schedule that has been announced to all members, SEVENTEEN's comeback with a complete formation is estimated to occur in 2028. This estimate refers to the completion of the last member's service period.
