The Surabaya event was previously scheduled to take place on August 28, 2026, at Jatim Expo Surabaya. Meanwhile, the CLOSE YOUR EYES performance in Jakarta will continue as scheduled on August 30, 2026, at Basket Hall Senayan as part of the group's first tour in Indonesia.

1. Surabaya Concert Canceled, Jakarta Proceeding as Planned

The cancellation of the concert in Surabaya was decided due to unforeseen local conditions beyond the control of the organizers. Maryhouse Media extends its apologies to all CLOSER who have been looking forward to the event.

Surabaya was initially one of the cities included in the CLOSE YOUR EYES 1ST TOUR [BEYOND YOUR EYES] in Indonesia. The venue prepared was Jatim Expo Surabaya, scheduled for August 28, 2026.

On the other hand, the CLOSE YOUR EYES concert in Jakarta remains unchanged. The performance will still take place on August 30, 2026, at Basket Hall Senayan as previously announced.

2. Options for CLOSE YOUR EYES Surabaya Ticket Holders

Maryhouse Media is offering a full refund option for the ticket prices that have been paid. This refund does not include administrative fees and platform fees. If you choose a refund, the Surabaya ticket will be canceled and will no longer be valid for attending any performance.

The second alternative is that ticket holders can transfer their Surabaya tickets to the Jakarta concert on August 30, 2026, at Basket Hall Senayan. The transfer will be done at no additional cost for the same category of ticket, and they will receive one free Silver ticket as appreciation, allowing them to bring one person to watch together.

Applications for either option can be submitted through the official form: the Surabaya ticket refund form for refunds, or the ticket transfer form to Jakarta for rescheduling to the performance in the capital.

3. Submission Deadline, Closing Time, and Further Information

The refund and ticket transfer form will be open from Saturday (8/8/2026) until Friday, August 15, 2026, at 10:00 PM WIB. Applications submitted after this deadline cannot be processed by the organizer.

The CLOSE YOUR EYES concert in Jakarta will proceed as scheduled on August 30, 2026, at the Basket Hall Senayan. Ticket holders who choose to reschedule will follow the same ticket category terms as in Surabaya.
