Soobin TXT Reveals He Almost Left Big Hit Before Debut, Here's the Reason!

During his trainee days, Soobin revealed that he felt very slow in terms of growth. Compared to other trainees, he felt left behind the most. He saw other trainees quickly rising to the top, while he remained at the bottom.

"Compared to others, my development is very slow. Even though we started our trainee period almost at the same time, others have progressed rapidly, while I'm still at that level," Soobin said.

2. Feeling Stressed and Almost Giving Up

The pressure he felt was getting bigger day by day. He felt that he wasn't good enough to debut as a K-Pop idol. Eventually, Soobin felt extremely stressed and decided to talk to Big Hit and give up on being a trainee.

"I feel like I'm not good enough every day, and I'm very stressed thinking about it. Finally, I told the agency to give up and just stop being a trainee," he added.

3. Big Hit Rejects Soobin's Request

Instead of accepting his resignation, Big Hit actually rejected Soobin's request. Big Hit then showed Soobin the monthly evaluation results. According to them, Soobin consistently showed improvement over time, although not much.

Big Hit then asked Soobin to work even harder, as they believed that Soobin could still do better at that time. 

"The agency showed me the monthly evaluation results. My score has been consistently improving, although the percentage is very small. They told me, 'The results will be even better. Although the process is very long, keep working hard to achieve it,'" said Soobin.

4. Soobin Changes His Mind and Successfully Debuts
