Star in the Movie 'DREAM' with Park Seo Joon, Here's IU's Comment

Kapanlagi.com - On Monday (13/04), IU became a guest on KBS Cool FM's Jung Eunji's Gayo Plaza. Throughout the broadcast, IU answered various questions about her recent activities.

One listener asked about IU's latest movie titled DREAM where she will be paired with actor Park Seo Joon. Responding to this question, IU said that they have been meeting frequently lately to prepare for filming.

"We will start filming in May. So, we have been meeting often lately. We read the script and eat together," IU replied as reported by Kstarlive.

Further explaining about the film she will star in, IU is looking forward to the shooting process she will go through with other cast members and also the entire DREAM crew. IU already has an idea of what experience she will gain while shooting the film DREAM.

"I think the atmosphere on the film shooting location will be fun. It will be full of excitement, interesting, and warm," IU continued.

2. IU and Jung Eunji's Friendship

When DJ Jung Eunji asked IU to explain her character in detail, the singer of Good Day said that her character is similar to Eunji. IU and Eunji are known to have a close relationship as friends, so they understand each other's nature.

"The character I play is someone you want to be by your side (like Eunji)," IU said. Eunji responded to this answer by saying that IU should meet her more often to better understand the character.

3. About the Film DREAM

As reported, IU and Park Seo Joon have been confirmed as the main cast of the film DREAM. This film will be directed by Lee Byunghoon, the person behind the box office hit film EXTREME JOB and the romantic comedy drama BE MELODRAMATIC in 2019.

This film tells the story of a group of people who try to participate in an annual international football event. This team is led by coach Yoon Hong Dae (played by Park Seo Joon), a professional football player on probation after being involved in an unexpected incident.
