Starring Joo Ji Hoon and Park Bo Young, Drama 'LIGHT SHOP' Will Premiere in 2024

This mysterious drama explores life, death, and what makes us human, exclusively on Disney+ Hotstar.

Adapted from Kangfull's popular webtoon of the same title, 'LIGHT SHOP' tells the story of a group of strangers who are all struggling to come to terms with traumatic events from their past. In their daily lives, each individual is mysteriously drawn to a lamp shop located at the end of a run-down alley. Guarded by a vigilant shopkeeper, this lamp shop holds the key to the past, present, and future of these strangers.

1. Starry Shop

'LIGHT SHOP' stars Joo Ji Hoon ('KINGDOM', 'THE SPY GONE NORTH') as Jung Won Young, who is a lamp shop owner. Park Bo Young ('STRONG GIRL BONG SOON', 'OH MY GHOST') portrays Kwon Young Ji, a nurse with an unusual connection to her patients.

Meanwhile, Bae Seong Woo ('VETERAN', 'THE KING') plays Yang Sung Sik, a police officer. Then there is Lee Jung Eun ('PARASITE') as Jung Yu Hee, a desperate mother. This series is adapted by Kangfull ('MOVING') and directed by Kim Hiewon.
