In addition to budget considerations, his busy schedule with BTS didn't give him time to do individual promotions. In his latest Vlive broadcast, Suga BTS didn't have high expectations for achievements, but he definitely wanted to express his musical artistry to fans.

Unexpectedly, Agust D Mixtape 'D-2' was well received by fans. Instead of downloading the free link that was shared, fans rushed to buy it on various music platforms, like iTunes.

As a result, Agust D Mixtape 'D-2' managed to accumulate digital sales of 33.1 thousand units. With this number, the free mixtape by Suga BTS is eligible to debut on the Billboard 200 this week.

The entry of Agust D 'D-2' at number 11 on the Billboard 200 finally allows Suga BTS to catch up with his two colleagues who had previously charted there, namely RM and J-Hope BTS. As information, Billboard 200 is a prestigious weekly album chart. BTS has repeatedly topped the Billboard 200 with their albums, including the latest Map of The Soul: 7. However, not many solo musicians from Korea, let alone Asia, are able to break into the prestigious Billboard 2020 album chart. Currently, there are only three solo musicians from Asia who have been able to break into the Billboard 200, namely RM BTS with the mixtape MONO at number 26, J-Hope BTS with the mixtape Hope World at number 38, and Suga BTS with the mixtape Agust D 'D-2' at number 11.
