Apparently, Seulgi met Kang Ha Neul at an event titled FABLE OF FANTASY and they didn't hesitate to take photos together. Both of them posed with their hands in the air.

As it is known, Red Velvet members are often seen close to other idols like Jisoo from BLACKPINK, Hyojung from Oh My Girl, and Moonbyul from MAMAMOO. However, her closeness with Kang Ha Neul is only visible now.
