In the story, Song Joong Ki will play as Chi Geon, who is responsible for managing the middle level of an organization. Chi Geon and Yeon Gyu (Hong Sa Bin) will work together to solve the dangerous problems of the world. Chi Geon is known as a mafia, he has lived his life in his own way. That is, living independently in the middle of nowhere.

The story begins with Yeon Gyu, who has never gotten what she wants in her 18 years of life, making her work hard to achieve her hope. She dreams of escaping from her violent hometown and hopes to have a peaceful life with her mother. However, fate says otherwise, as the world whispers to her, not allowing her to have a better life.

Yeon Gyu must face and endure the violence repeatedly done by her stepfather. While holding back from all that, she starts to save money. She still has the only hope of moving to the Netherlands with her mother.

One day, Yeon Gyu is fighting with someone to protect her stepsister named Hayan (BIBI). To solve her problem, she has to pay a sum of money, but she cannot collect it.

One day, when Yeon Gyu needs help, a mafia offers to help her, his name is Chi Geon. On the way to seek help, Yeon Gyu finally opens her eyes to see a new world after following Chi Geon.

Yeon Gyu finally becomes a new member of the mafia organization. Although she was initially afraid, Yeon Gyu tries to adapt and has regarded Chi Geon as her own brother. After gaining Chi Geon's trust to survive, Yeon Gyu becomes trapped in increasingly dangerous situations. She hopes to escape from the city, and Yeon Gyoo struggles as much as possible within the borders.
