Taeyong NCT Ready to Perform ‘SHALALA’ on Korean Music Show This Week, NCTzens Don't Miss It!

Taeyong NCT, who has just released his mini album SHALALA, is ready to showcase it on weekly music shows in Korea, KLovers. Taeyong will be performing today on Mnet's ‘COUNTDOWN, Musik Bank on KBS2TV on June 9, Music Core on MBC and Music Universe K-909 on JTBC on June 10, and INKIGAYO on SBS on June 11. The singer from NCT 127 sub-unit is ready to perform the title track Shalala and also the b-side track Gwando.

With a unique concept and choreography, Shalala is a hip-hop song with an addictive melody, KLovers. Moreover, the choreography of Shalala has succeeded in attracting attention with its unique 'Macarena dance' hand movements!

Not only that, KLovers! Taeyong will also perform the song Gwando, which is a pop and rock genre song with rocking guitar sound from verse to hook. This song also has lyrics that express various emotions about separation, but with a cheerful melody. This song also conveys the message that everyone will overcome those feelings well.

In addition to Gwando, Taeyong will also perform the song Virtual Insanity on the Music Universe K-909 show on June 10, which will be broadcast on JTBC. This song is a hip-hop music with intense 808 bass, various drum sources, and strong rap to give a futuristic impression.

On the other hand, Taeyong's first mini-album titled SHALALA, which was just released on June 5, 2023 on various music sites, has topped the iTunes ‘Top Album’ chart in 30 countries, KLovers. These countries include Indonesia, Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Hong Kong, Hungary, Singapore, and others. This album also topped the ‘Album Chart’ Worldwide iTunes and ‘Digital Album Sales’ QQ Music. Not only that, the title track Shalala also topped the ‘iTunes Top Song Chart’ in 14 countries and the ‘AWA’ Japan music chart.
