The Rose Shakes the Stage at LaLaLa Fest 2025: I Love You!

Kapanlagi.com - The South Korean band, The Rose, was one of the most anticipated performers on the first day of LaLaLa Fest 2025 held at JiExpo Kemayoran, Central Jakarta, on Friday (22/8). Performing on the LaLaLa Stage, Park Doojon and the band were greeted with cheers from thousands of spectators as they opened their set with the song Eclipse, followed by You're Beautiful.

"I hope you never forget that you, you're beautiful and now you're mine," said the vocalist, Kim Woo-Sung, met with screams from the audience.

"This is so beautiful. Are you ready? Let's go," added Park Do Joon, the sub-vocalist and pianist.

Not stopping there, Woo-Sung greeted the audience again with enthusiasm. "Jakarta, we are so happy to be here. It’s so beautiful," said Woo-sung.

A special moment also occurred when The Rose performed the song Shift. In the middle of the song, Doojon suddenly slipped in the phrase "I love you" in Indonesian. Instantly, the audience, mostly women, went wild with excitement.

2. Presenting a Series of Hit Favorites

For one hour, The Rose presented a series of their hit favorites such as Lifeline (Reborn), Nauseous, RED, Yes, Sorry, Sour, and Back To Me. The atmosphere was filled with love and positive energy throughout their performance.

This is The Rose's return to Indonesia after more than 1.5 years. Before The Rose took the stage, the audience was entertained by Hollow Coves and Keenan Te. Still on the first day, LaLaLa Fest also featured other international musicians such as Camila Cabello, Beach Weather, LOR, and Like-an-Angel.
