As it is known, this drama has become a hot topic regarding the replacement of the female cast. The father of Ahn Seo Hyun also demanded the production team regarding this matter.

1. Reported Channel Move

As known, the drama SCHOOL 2020 is currently involved in controversy. Until now, KBS has not provided clarity on whether this drama will move channels or not.

Initially, SCHOOL 2020 started filming in March and was scheduled to air in August. However, if KBS confirms that they will not air this drama, it will be taken over by another TV channel.

Fans are disappointed that this drama will not be aired on KBS. This is because the SCHOOL drama series is one of the best-selling dramas aired by this channel.

2. Ahn Seo Hyun Case

Previously, SCHOOL 2020 announced that Ahn Seo Hyun would be the female lead. However, in the end, she was removed from the contract. Ahn Seo Hyun's father was unhappy and demanded legal action against the production company.

The female lead role was then offered to Kim Sae Ron. Meanwhile, Eun Seo WJSN was offered a different lead role. Kim Yo Han was still retained to play the male lead.

3. Confirmed Not Airing on KBS

It has been confirmed that KBS will no longer broadcast SCHOOL 2020. According to Soompi, a representative from KBS revealed, "After discussion, the decision was made (for KBS) not to air SCHOOL 2020.
