A Fan Successfully Captures the Attention of THE STROKES Members at We The Fest 2023, Replacing the Drummer

Kapanlagi.com - THE STROKES is one of the American bands that are part of the lineup at We The Fest 2023, KLovers. With a spectacular performance eagerly awaited by fans, THE STROKES performed for the first time in Indonesia, precisely at the GBK Sport Complex on Friday (21/7).

During their performance, THE STROKES suddenly surprised all of their fans. How could they not, they challenged any fan of THE STROKES to play the drums, replacing the drummer Fabrizio Moretti.

This quickly became something interesting in the event. Not only that, but it was also an extraordinary experience for the lucky fans who had the opportunity to play with THE STROKES directly.

Challenging THE STROKES fan, drummer Fabrizio Moretti immediately came down from the stage and searched for one lucky fan to replace him. He chose a fan among the audience present at WTF 2023. The chosen young man to take on the role is named Adam.

"We know this song is quite difficult but I want to see it," said Julian Casablancas.

Without further ado, Adam started his performance accompanying Julian CS singing the song Juicebox. Adam's performance impressed everyone, especially since Juicebox is a fast and difficult beat song.

After a brilliant performance, Julian Casablancas praised Adam, "Well done. You played very well. Give him another round of applause," said Julian, greeted by a round of applause from the audience.

THE STROKES themselves performed impressively at the event, performing 16 of their flagship songs. Some hit songs from their previous albums, such as Is This It, Last Nite, and Reptilia, certainly made the audience feel very satisfied.

Songs from their latest album THE NEW ABNORMAL, such as Bad Decisions and The Adults Are Talking, were also performed to liven up THE STROKES's debut performance in Indonesia. This band from New York, United States, successfully performed a series of songs that made their fans happy.
