Strengthening Oneself Ahead of the Concert "Gen-P Generasi Pesta", Kerispatih Practices Together with Sammy Simorangkir

Kapanlagi.com - Kerispatih confirms that they will present a special performance in the concert titled "Gen-P Party Generation" which will be held by VIP and KapanLagi Youniverse (KLY) on August 2, 2023 at Bengkel Space, South Jakarta.

Therefore, the band consisting of Arief (guitar), Anton (drums), and Fandy (vocals) have prepared themselves to perform perfectly on stage.

"Preparations for the August 2 concert. So we have rehearsals for the Kerispatih feat Sammy Simorangkir event on August 2 at Bengkel," said Fandy when met during rehearsals for the Gen-P Party Generation concert at Practice Room Studio, South Jakarta, Wednesday (20/7/2023).

In the concert "Gen-P Generasi Pesta", Kerispatih will collaborate with their former vocalist, Sammy Simorangkir. Fandy explained that this is not the first time Kerispatih has performed together with Sammy Simorangkir.

"This is not the first time we have featured together in practice. We have done it several times before, we even did it in Malaysia. So we just need to solidify it. In general, we have practiced together before," said Fandy.

Because the concert "Gen-P Generasi Pesta" brings a collaboration with Sammy Simorangkir, Kerispatih will divide the performance into three sessions. First, Kerispatih will perform with vocalist Fandy.

Then, in the next session, Kerispatih will perform with Sammy Simorangkir. And in the third session, they will collaborate together on stage.

"We will create it ourselves, individually. We will have duets and such. But for more details, just watch it," said Fandy.

Meanwhile, Sammy Simorangkir himself feels happy to be involved in the concert "Gen-P Generasi Pesta". Although it is not the first time collaborating with Kerispatih, Sammy Simorangkir promised a special performance. Sammy wants to take the audience on a nostalgic journey through Kerispatih's songs.

"Yes, I am happy because we want to share the sweet nostalgia with friends who have missed seeing us on stage together. Although we have actually performed together quite often," concluded Sammy Simorangkir.
