Singer Agatha Chelsea officially begins a new phase in her music career by releasing her latest single titled Good Alone on July 17, 2026. The song marks her first work as an independent musician and signifies a shift in her artistic identity, now more mature as a singer and songwriter.

After more than 10 years in the entertainment industry in her homeland, Chelsea decided to no longer be under a record label. This step was taken so that she could develop works that are entirely born from her creative vision and freedom of expression.

"I want my music to be an honest representation of who I am today. Being independent gives me the space to make creative decisions that truly come from myself, from the music, stories, visuals, to the direction I want to build as an artist," said Agatha Chelsea.

Through Good Alone, Chelsea raises the story of the journey of self-love without relying on validation from romantic relationships. The song depicts the process of growing, accepting oneself, and finding happiness as an individual through reflective lyrics combined with intimate-sounding pop arrangements.

This change in musical direction is also part of Chelsea's rebranding as an intellectual artist. Her educational background in neuroscience and psychology influences the way she weaves stories and explores human emotions in each of her works.

Amidst her busy music career, Chelsea is also preparing to continue her Master's education at Harvard Graduate School of Education. She will deepen her knowledge in educational leadership, learning innovation, and neuroscience as part of her academic career development.

"Music has always been a way for me to understand humanity. Neuroscience helps me understand how humans think, while music helps me understand how humans feel. I want to continue to build both side by side," she stated.

This spirit is also manifested through NewronEdu, the educational platform she founded to introduce neuroscience and psychology in a language that is easier for the public to understand. According to Chelsea, education and music have the same goal, which is to inspire people to think, feel, and continue to grow."I want to build a catalog of works that truly reflect my identity without being limited by genre or industry norms," she concluded.
