Close to Breathe Releases Album 'Samasta', A Pop Rock Blend Perfect for Accompanying Your Journey

Guntur, who went viral for spontaneously giving his guitar to an audience member at the PRJ stage, shared stories about this album. According to him, Samasta offers a variety of themes that go beyond just love.

"In this album, everything is mixed together, like love, anger, sadness, happiness, friendship, and there’s also a song full of adrenaline and critique titled 'Nada Perlawanan'," Guntur revealed.

The Samasta album indeed has its own uniqueness as its production process began in 2020. Although it took quite a long time, the work produced successfully showcases a broader musicality of Close to Breathe.

"Why are there many slow songs on this album? So that they can be enjoyed more and can accompany listeners on the road while driving, accompany the silence in the room, and the deep longing for someone," said Guntur.

On November 2, Samasta officially became available on various digital music platforms. This album contains nine songs, including an interesting collaboration with Sansan 'Pee Wee Gaskins' on the song Terjebak, which is expected to add appeal for listeners.

Not only releasing an album, Close to Breathe has also shown their existence in the music industry with works covered by various musicians. Their song Kenangan has been reinterpreted by Tri Suaka, while another song titled Takkan Kembali has also received a touch from DwiTanty.
