Delayed for Three Years, Rizky Febian Presents His Second Album Called Kece

Kapanlagi.com - Singer Rizky Febian has released his second album titled BERONA. There are 10 songs in the BERONA album. Three of them are collaborations with top singers from the country. They are Gangga for the song Luka, Teddy Adhitya for the song Hilang, and Basboi for the song Romansa.

The singer, who is familiarly called Iky, said that the BERONA album was actually released three years ago. But, because of the pandemic, he had to cancel his plan to release the BERONA album.

"So this BERONA album was supposed to be released at the beginning of the pandemic, but because of that time, the pandemic, we had to hold it until finally we planned that in a certain year we had to release it," said Rizky Febian in a press conference in the SCBD area, Central Jakarta, on Friday (7/21/2023).

"So we thought about everything, even the songs that had been chosen, we dismantled them again, around 20 to 30 songs, and finally we chose 10 songs that became the main theme in the BERONA album," added Rizky Febian.

1. Feeling Nervous

Rizky Febian really took the time to think about the music concept he presents in the BERONA album. This is because the album is released through his own label, RFAS Music. Therefore, the presence of the second album makes Rizky Febian feel nervous.

"Certainly, it feels very nervous, even though this is the second album but it feels like the first album again. Because now it's my own label. So I have to know everything inside," he said.

"Not only in terms of the music or conceiving the album, but I also have to immerse myself in the system, strategize plans, determine creativity, and how to develop the songs into a brand," he continued.

2. There is Collaboration

Then, Rizky Febian explained about the name of his second album, BERONA. The first son of comedian Sule feels that the name BERONA is rarely heard among the public.

"It's cool, right? Rarely heard, seeing the word 'berona', it fits with this album. I want to mature from the musicality. Bring extraordinary collaboration. Colorful and diverse," he concluded.
