Focus on Getting Custody of Children, Inara Rusli is Sure of Divorce and Does Not Want to Reconcile with Virgoun

Kapanlagi.com - Inara Rusli is increasingly firm in her decision to divorce Virgoun. This is proven by Inara's movement, which brings many witnesses, in her divorce trial with Virgoun at the West Jakarta District Court.

When met in Sudirman area, South Jakarta, on Wednesday night (11/10), Inara said she brought expert witnesses. These expert witnesses include a child and family psychologist, psychiatrist, land expert, and religious expert.

"Last Wednesday was the agenda for my expert witnesses. However, not all of them could come this week, so there will be more witnesses next week," said Inara Rusli.

"The goal is to get custody of the children, as well as assets in the marital property. The religious expert is to provide another reference for the judge and be a consideration in deciding our divorce case," she said.

Inara also mentioned that her goal in presenting various witnesses was so that the judge's decision regarding their divorce trial could be determined fairly. She emphasized that she did not want to reconcile with Virgoun, despite many people supporting it.

"Yes, the purpose of having these expert witnesses is so that our divorce can be decided fairly," she said.

2. Assets for the Children

When asked further, Inara stated that her lawsuit against Virgoun was to demand custody of their children and their joint assets. It is known that they have several assets that emerged during their status as husband and wife, since 2014.

"The existing assets are indeed under my name. As for the land assets, they are under Virgoun's name. But he said he wants to transfer them to me to be given to the children in the future. But now it's being processed, just wait for the process," she said.

Inara also emphasized that all the assets they own together with Virgoun will be inherited by their three children. "Well, I will fight for everything for the children. If I have good health, I will find my own way instead of relying on others," she concluded.
