Kapanlagi.com - Model Chainia Lovera, or affectionately known as Chai, is starting to develop her singing talent by releasing a single titled 'Bercanda' under the auspices of RANS Music.
The song was written by herself and tells the story of someone who likes the opposite sex within their circle of friends.
"Getting carried away with comfort often leads to misunderstandings in interpreting closeness," said Chai in Kemang, Jakarta, on Thursday (22/6/2023).
The story in her song is experienced by many people. She admitted that the inspiration for the song 'Bercanda' came from a story told by her friend.
"Apparently, comfort and attention can greatly lead the mind and heart to the wrong conclusion," she laughed.
Chai is happy that her song has been officially released. As a singer and songwriter, she thanked Joel Christian and Jericho, the arrangers of RANS Music, for giving her the freedom to create.
She has a target for this year, to release at least three more songs.
"I continue to enhance my skills as a musician by writing songs, playing guitar and piano every day," she said.
Before joining RANS Music, this graduate of Indonesia's Next Top Model Cycle 2 also participated in talent searches on The Voice Kids season 2 at the age of 14 and independently released her first single titled 'Pejuang Hidup Bahagia' (2022).
