MU Vocalist with Hancur Band Guitarist Creates Sonasika Music Label

Kapanlagi.com - After years of involvement in the Indonesian music industry, Syam, the vocalist of the band MU, and Agus, the former guitarist of Hancur band, established a record company called PT Pesona Aneka Musik Indonesia (Sonasika). Interestingly, the establishment of this company began from an unintentional conversation between Syam and Agus.

From that conversation, the two of them got the idea to build a record label. With their experience in the Indonesian music industry, Syam and Agus are confident that the record label they create can contribute to Indonesian music.

"The presence of PT Pesona Aneka Musik Indonesia (Sonasika) is able to provide many contributions to the music industry, especially in Indonesia, and of course, it can bridge talented musicians in Indonesia," said Syam in Jakarta, recently.

Through Sonasika, both Syam and Agus hope to bridge Indonesian musicians to have a wider opportunity to create. Moreover, Sonasika itself does not limit the works of musicians who join the label.

"Sonasika is able to bridge and make a significant contribution to the Indonesian music industry. It is able to produce talented artists whose works are accepted by music lovers in the country," he said.

2. Will Open Doors Widely

Syam said that he will open the doors widely for musicians who have works to collaborate under the umbrella of Sonasika.

"Hopefully, with the establishment of Sonasika music label, it can contribute to the Indonesian music," said Syam.

For Syam, with the presence of Sonasika label, it can produce talented musicians. "I hope that Sonasika can produce great singers and musicians in the future. This is a good start for both of us. Hopefully, Sonasika label can continue to exist in the Indonesian music," Syam concluded.
