Noah Holds Concert with Super Advanced Technology

Kapanlagi.com - After the success of the 360-degree concert at the end of last year, Noah band is back with the latest breakthrough in early 2021. Together with BRI, the band consisting of Ariel, Lukman, and David will hold a concert titled NOAH BEYONDMO 2021.

What's even more special is that this concert uses "Unreal Engine (UE)" virtual production technology. This technology is the first to be used in concerts in Indonesia.

This NOAH concert, which coincides with the launch of the BRImo new look titled "Discover #BEYONDmu", will be broadcasted on the VIDIO streaming media platform on January 9, 2021, at 20:00 WIB.

"In the past, we held a concert during the COVID-19 pandemic. Over time, the response was extraordinary, both from customers and the public, seeing Noah's work and what Noah has achieved with their extraordinary achievements. These two brands are suitable for collaborating together," said Handayani, a representative from BRI bank during a virtual press conference on Wednesday (6/1/2021).

"So last year, we had a conversation with Musica to bring Noah on a tour in Indonesia and abroad. Many of our customers are also Noah's fans, it was planned but then the pandemic happened," he added.

1. More Able to Reach Fans

Coincidentally, Noah themselves welcomed this collaboration. According to Ariel, this can make NOAH able to reach more of their fans throughout the archipelago, just like BRI, which has been serving the Indonesian people to the remote areas.

"We do need media that can connect with them (fans) in a more creative way. If it's just through concerts, it's impossible to reach everyone, and collaboration with BRI can make us connect with them even more. There are many big things that can be done," said Ariel.

2. One Thing that Makes Noah Confused

Various preparations have been made by Noah ahead of the NOAH BEYONDMO 2021 concert. According to Ariel, there is one thing that makes Noah confused in every concert preparation, which is choosing the songs they will perform.

"Meetings always need to have a story or not, what's important is an attractive appearance, that's what we discuss, the song list is the heaviest. Because there are also very sophisticated advertisements, they must be related, right? Okay," said Ariel.

"Maybe it can't be like a regular concert because the technology is heavy, maybe five songs at most, but in the middle, there will be a launch of a sophisticated advertisement, so the concert has to adjust to the advertisement," Ariel continued.

3. Concert with Unreal Engine Technology Concept

For the upcoming concert, the most anticipated aspect is the unreal engine technology concept that has been mentioned before. This technology is commonly used in the online game development industry (online game engine) and the Hollywood film industry.

"Unreal engine is a software for games. It has been used in production, film, and TV for the past 2 years, replacing the function of greenscreen. This is the first time in a concert. NOAH is the right band. We present a hybrid concert, a concert with video clip elements, there is cinematography," said Upie Guava, the Show Director.

4. Becoming a Historical Milestone

With the sophistication of this technology, Upie stated that the NOAH BeyondMo 2021 concert will become a historical milestone in the performing arts industry in the country.

"This concert will become a historical milestone. What is done for the first time will surely be recorded as history. This technology will become a standard in the future, and many will depend on it. So, watching this is a must because it will be the first," concluded Upie Guava.
