Nova Rianty Performs 'Hati Yang Luka' by Betharia Sonata

Including by Nova Rianty, a beautiful singer who tried her luck by performing the song again. Starting from her love for the song, Nova then received an offer from Iwan Sastrawijaya, the boss of Pelangi Records, to sing the song.

"Finally, Nova decided to accept the offer from Mr. Iwan because she felt challenged to give a new color and reintroduce this song to the millennial generation," said Nova when met recently.

Betharia Sonata herself was so successful in singing the song. It is a challenge for Nova to perform Hati Yang Luka with her own character and distinctive traits.

"It is quite difficult to give a new touch and adapt it to the ears of today's children. But it must not be excessive in order to keep the essence of this song. The vocal arrangement is soft. From the composition of the music, we put in strings and orchestra feel in it. But we keep it easy listening," said this shy girl.

A graduate of UPI Bandung majoring in Music Art Education, she had previously released the song Kemana Saja Dirimu with Pelangi Records in 2010. And in 2013, Nova joined the band Winner and released the single Lebih Baik Putus.
