Release of 'Bayangmu', Virzha Wants to Revive 90s Rock Music

"Bayangmu is actually a story about when Virzha fell in love. Sweet words that maybe I couldn't express at that time, when I lost that girl, I said it and expressed it through this song," said Virzha in East Jakarta area some time ago.

1. Invite Three Top Musicians

Through this song, Virzha wants to revive rock music in the 90s era. Therefore, he collaborates with three famous musicians, namely Ovy /rif (guitar), Pandu The Adams (bass), and Ikmal Tobing (drums) to complete the composition of the music arrangement and fulfill the needs of the 90s rock concept.

"The concept of this song is actually my desire to go back to the 90s era. So in Indonesia now, it is not forgotten but becomes a memory. I want to succeed again in rock music. And the figures we invite (to collaborate) can represent Indonesian rock music," he explained.

2. More Modern

Currently, music from the 90s era is being favored by music enthusiasts in Indonesia. Virzha also tries to create works with a 90s music taste but made more modern.

"Nowadays, people seem to enjoy music from the past. I want to try making lyrics with a 90s taste, but the music has a more modern sound," concluded Virzha.
