Release of the Song 'Jahat', Badai Romantic Project Inspired by Korean Drama

Together with the music group Badai Romantic Project (BRP), he has just released a single titled Jahat under the label GP Records. Here, Badai presents his idea to create a romantic song with Badai Romantic Project.

"What I want to show in this band is the continuous romanticism of Badai's songs. So, Badai doesn't stop making love songs even though he is no longer in Kerispatih," said Badai during a virtual press conference on Friday (16/10/2020).

1. Famous for Making Love Songs

Badai is known as one of the musicians who is skilled at writing love song lyrics. His success has been proven when writing lyrics for his former band, Kerispatih. Not stopping at Kerispatih, Badai continues to release his love songs with his band, Badai Romantic Project.

"Kerispatih is a great history that needs to be remembered. It doesn't need to be buried but remembered. Now there is a new flag called BRP, which will continue my love songs," said Badai.

2. Frequently Watching Korean Dramas

Badai Romantic Project has just released a single titled Jahat (Evil). Interestingly, this song was written by Badai after being inspired by the Korean dramas he watched during the Covid-19 pandemic.

"The idea for this song actually came from the effects of the current pandemic, I've been watching a lot of Korean dramas haha. So those dramas finally stimulated my brain to create a new song," said Badai.

"The song Jahat was actually made in 2018, but it hasn't been released until 2020. The label saw a great potential for us to rise, so we released it. The main point is that out there, there are many love crimes deliberately orchestrated to replace someone else's position with extraordinary setups," concluded Badai.
