Angie's choice of Kukira Hanya Lagu as her new work is recognized for several factors. One of them is the unique title of the song which went viral on TikTok.

"In terms of the title. Because the title went viral on TikTok. The song is also unique, not mainstream, and easy listening. In terms of the interlude, it's not boring," she explained.

Furthermore, Angie also talked about the process of creating the song. It took about two months to work on, and the recording process was also lengthy.

"It took about 2 months to work on, then we recorded it. It was around how many hours, from 3 pm to 4 am. It took a long time because we had many ideas. As for the MV process, it was shorter, from 8 am to around 3 pm," she revealed.

Kukira Hanya Lagu is Angie's third single. In her journey, Angie admitted to having many experiences and challenges when joining major label Sony Music Entertainment Indonesia (SMEI). Before joining SMEI, Angie was quite productive in producing several works on her own.

"I used to do everything myself, produce, create artwork. So I was really surprised when I got help. Now it's more enjoyable. I like pop punk, alternative. But it doesn't hurt to explore in Indonesian pop," she said.

"But now I'm challenged in this genre because there's a lot of competition in pop," she concluded.
