Successful 'Holding Hands' Collaboration Concert Held for Healing

Kapanlagi.com - There have been many offline concerts held in Indonesia lately. One of them is a music concert initiated by radio stations Gen 98.7 FM and Mustang 88.0 FM in collaboration with Ryan D'Masiv's label, Semesta Records, which was successfully held at Bengkel Space, SCBD, on Monday (27/6/2022).

The audience who attended the concert were entertained by the performances of cool musicians in the country, such as Kunto Aji, Gangga, and three of the best musicians from Semesta Records, namely Rayen Pono, Weda Mauve, and Anastasia Ria. Not only that, there was also a special performance by Second Chance and Nadhif Basalamah.

1. Happy to Collaborate

Rian Ekky Pradipta, the vocalist of D'Masiv who is also the founder of Semesta Records, expressed his delight in being able to collaborate with the biggest radio stations in Indonesia, Gen FM and Mustang FM.

"With this event, we can introduce extraordinary musicians and talents under Semesta Records. Hopefully, many music enthusiasts will be aware of the musicians from Semesta Records," said Rian at Bengkel Space, SCBD, on Monday (27/6/2022).

"Because I've been in the industry for almost 15 years since 2007, usually when a musician reaches 10 years in the industry, they start thinking about others. I'm already in the phase of wanting to have regeneration and have musicians continue our struggle in the music industry," added Rian.

2. Hoping for a Healing Phase

Through this collaboration, it is hoped to add to the excitement in the healing phase of the music industry in the homeland, becoming a platform for 'mutual support' between three entities, namely musicians, music enthusiasts, and radio, who are always loyal supporters of Indonesian music.

"We see that Mustang cares about the mental health of young people and always strives to advance local Indonesian music. So when there is an opportunity to collaborate, we take it" said Aditya Naratama, Brand Manager of Gen 98.7 FM, on the same occasion.

3. Welcoming in the Endemic Era

Because of its 'spiritualistic' name, this event has become a kind of welcoming for the endemic era, the healing period of the world.

"Moreover, the name sounds very spiritual, 'mutual support with the universe.' Hopefully, this is just the beginning of a step in the right direction and there will be more mutual support with the universe in the future," said Aditya Naratama.

What's interesting is that the collaborators started everything in a different way, by selling blank tickets without any artist line up, venue, or date. Interestingly, those blank tickets sold for more than 100 tickets.
