Suara Kayu music group, popularized by the song Kembali Pulang with Feby Putri, is ready to launch their latest album. The album titled BANYAK CANDA TAPI SERIUS is their studio album after releasing several mini albums before. Read the full story below!
Their fans are known as Kawan Suara Kayu, they are selected fans who have created content from audio clips on Tiktok.Â
"We are very grateful to Kawan Suara Kayu who has supported us since the first day we started our work," said Ingrid Tamara during a hearing session in the Kuningan area of South Jakarta, (4/7) Thursday night.
"That's why we specifically invite them to be the first to listen to the songs in Banyak Canda Tapi Serius. Suara Kayu is your voice," she continued.
In the album BANYAK CANDA TAPI SERIUS, there are 7 songs with 2 songs that have been released earlier in the year like Jutaan Salah Milyaran Maaf and Buaya.
"In this album, we express many concerns from various aspects of life, love, social issues, and even family, all packaged with light and funny lyrics. Like our songs, there's a lot of jokes, but believe me, Suara Kayu is the most serious in wanting to make you happy. UwU," she said.
The songs in this album took about 4 months to produce. It was then followed by filming in their second favorite country, Japan.
The total production took about 3-4 months from song demos to the final master," Dewangga said on the same occasion.
"We also tried to explore new sounds with a full drum set which we rarely use, to be honest," he added.
For your information, Suara Kayu's latest album BANYAK CANDA TAPI SERIUS will soon be available on all digital streaming platforms in Indonesia on July 12, 2024.
