"The summons has been received by the defendant, and it is valid. But as for the reason, we don't know why, whether it's his lawyer or Andrew's side who didn't come," said Tiara.

According to Tiara, if the defendant does not attend after being summoned 3 times, the trial will continue to the next agenda. Or, if the defendant never responds to the court's summons, the trial will be declared in default.

"Yes, if the defendant has been summoned 3 times but does not attend, it means that the trial will continue with the agenda of the defendant's absence. So, it could be a default judgment," she explained.

Furthermore, Tengku Dewi revealed that she did not expect to meet Andrew Andika in court at all. She admitted that they no longer communicate, except for matters concerning their child.

"Indeed, since the incident, there has been no communication. But we still remain cordial. So when we discuss matters regarding the child, it's fine, we just don't discuss the divorce," said Tengku Dewi.
