Regarding joint property, Tiara Octavia said that in the divorce lawsuit, Tengku Dewi did not ask for it.
"If joint property was not requested from the beginning by our client in the lawsuit," she said.
According to her, from the beginning Tengku Dewi had a separate property agreement. Therefore, it is not included in the main issue.
"So our client and the defendant already had a separate property agreement from the beginning. But it is not included in the main issue," she added.
2. Demanding Child Support
However, Tiara Octavia stated that her client still demands child support for the amount of Rp. 20 million per month.
"As for child support, Bu Dewi is asking for Rp. 20,000,000 per month. For two children," she concluded.
